The Internship Programme of Asarel-Medet JSC welcomes motivated university students who acquire practical skills, work with experienced mentors, and become familiar with our corporate culture every year. The paid summer internship provides an excellent opportunity for a successful career start, giving young people the valuable chance to prove themselves as part of the team.
Our programme has a history of more than 20 years, with over 750 young people having participated so far. Every fifth intern has remained with Asarel-Medet after completing the programme and today nearly 15% of our entire team began their professional journey as internhip students.
